Welcome to the web site for the International Ionospheric Tomography Community (IITC). This group began at a workshop held in conjunction with the International Beacon Satellite Symposium at Boston College in April 2001. The group's goal is to foster communication and cooperation within this fledgling community aimed at using tomographic techniques to study the earth's ionosphere and upper atmosphere.
